Admin and HR Supervisor Responsibilities:
Supervises and coordinates activities of the Administrative office and plans and carries out policies relating to all phases of human resources. Provides support to Executive Director, and LARC staff. Collaborates with senior leadership to understand and communicate the organization’s goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention. 

Maintains administrative office records, manual, and files including Personnel, Client,
Attendance, Board of Directors, Volunteers, and other records.

Prepares and maintains reports and/or notifications of meetings, training and training deadlines, expiring records/documents,
staff background screening, and file deficiencies. Coordinates and/or performs employee trainings and maintains training records and deadlines.

Develops new employee orientation process, including new employee intake packets, personnel files, volunteer files and computer data records.

Designs and conducts approved new employee/volunteer sign up and introductory trainings.

Provides technical and interpretive assistance to LARC’s management, supervisor and employees on personnel functions, policy, statutes, and regulations that govern personnel services. Assists in disciplinary actions and counseling. Maintains Team Member Handbook.

Administers employee benefits including communication with employees to explain benefits to employees.
Leads company compliance with all existing governmental and labor legal and government reporting. 

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred and four years of related experience. Related experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Proficiency with, or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems. Have strong employee, customer relation and telephone skills. Must pass Level II, local law and diver license background screening.
